Mary Baloghの作品の中でも特に評判の良いA Summer to Rememberをようやく読了しました。Slightly シリーズの前に読もうかどうしようか迷いながら、結局延ばし延ばしになってしまっていた作品ですが、One Night for Loveの後に読んで良かったなと思います。Laurenの気持が理解し易いかったので。

ロマンスの展開はわりと淡々と読みすすめたのですが、KitとSydの確執〜和解のあたりは泣けました（TT)。LaurenとSydnamの会話の場面をちょうど音読していて（時々黙読に疲れたとき音読します）、声がつまってしまいました。既にSimply Loveを読んでいるので、Anneと出会うまでまだまだ続くSydの苦しみを考えてしまったのかな。。。
全体的にとても質の良い作品でした。
