amazon.comには｢Clean Romance」というカテゴリーがありますが、ラブシーンがせいぜいキスどまりでセックス描写が全くない作品を指すようです。Ｇ．Heyerなども入るのでしょうが、現代作家の作品では数少ないですよね。ということで、どんなものかと思って読んでみました。
短くてスラスラ読める作品でしたが、壁紙ロマンスの上、なんだかプロットのあちこちを端折ってあるようで、まるでロマンスのGRを読んでいるようでした。 前半のヒーローはなかなか素敵だったのですけどね。 でもこのストーリーは著者の典型的な作品ではないようなので、もう一作くらい読んでみようと思います。 5.5/10
