ヒロインがナイーヴすぎて感情移入できなかったけれど、その分ヒーローはいつまでも待つぞ！っていうところが良かった。ヒロインの父親が悪人すぎましたが（中世ものでなかったら受け入れられない）、全体としては面白かったです。魔女の存在がスパイスになってました。個人的にHotすぎるシーンは敬遠しちゃうのですが、カーランドの場合、ようやく二人が結ばれるんだ〜と思ったら、もう翌朝目覚めるシーンに移っていたりするほど具体的な描写がないです。この点に憤慨していたレビュー（確かUSamazon）を読んだこともあるけれど、なら読まなきゃいいじゃないってね。私は好きです。
